Apple, Microsoft, sued under DMCA

p2pnet.net — "The time of suing John Doe is over," says Hank Risan, ceo of DRM firm Media Rights Technologies (MRT). Apple and Microsoft are violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and intellectual property law, he says.

    File suit against automobile manufacturers for making a product that can violate federal law (travel in excess of 70mph on interstates).
