- underdog5004, on 10/11/2007, -0/+29So...in regards to that last pic...can muscles pop right out of your skin? Because it looks like that to me!
- anonymous666, on 11/07/2007, -0/+26I'm the Juggernaut!
- 10001110101, on 10/11/2007, -3/+27No.. His delusions probably run along the lines of "I can kick God's ass" or "I can smash my fist through a concrete wall".
- dbug, on 10/11/2007, -1/+24I've heard he works for Adobe.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+21I bet the female animals are all over them.
- harvinator24, on 10/11/2007, -2/+23who-sucks.com, well your hosting.
its already down. - TommySalami, on 10/11/2007, -1/+19I always thought that last picture was photoshopped
- sensoukami, on 10/11/2007, -4/+19That guy in the last pic...Holy Disgusting...what an abomitation....he probably deludes himself into thinking he looks good...
- bk3270, on 10/11/2007, -1/+16oh ma ***** gawd
- jwl23, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12Maybe you should try looking at the sources so helpfully provided for each picture before rendering your obviously expert judgment.
- JoesRevenge, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11It is, I think. God help us if it isnt
- Jonny0stars, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11I would hate to have myostatin deficiency people would know i was a total wanker
- nipuL, on 10/11/2007, -0/+10BEEFCAKE!
- moni06, on 10/11/2007, -0/+10specially the last one.
- olddirtycr, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7Anyone have more information on the last guy?
- holygram, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6You dont go on digg very much, do you?
- goodkidyo, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8I'm surprised that this has to be mentioned but.. The last picture/illustration is OBVIOUSLY not real.
- Platysquirrel, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5What the ***** are those?
- r55741, on 10/11/2007, -8/+13The only one in those pictures confirmed to have a mutation which omits the myostatin producing gene is the baby born in germany.
all others are unconfirmed sources
bull ***** article to generate traffic - thailand1972, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4People will go to any lengths to look "ripped":-
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/myostat.html - CornStarch, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4I don't know if this is it (I'm 90% sure at least some of the people on that list don't have it) but I knew someone with a condition that caused him to grow muscle at a abnormal rate and it was no picnic. Some have to undergo surgery and have muscles removed, and they cannot eat too much protein or their muscles cause immobility because of their size. These people aren't going to the gym to get this way it happens with normal activity.
- martinlu, on 10/11/2007, -3/+6THIS IS SPARTA!!!!
- Eshestun, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Down already :/
- erikpemberton, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3That last dude looks like a ***** bear claw donut.
- Lungkisser, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4http://www.who-sucks.com.nyud.net:8090/people/monstrous-myostatin-misfortunes-a-collection-of-myostatin-deficiency-pictures
This ones working for me. - Stratochief66, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Thats not a muscle, so normal.
- Chrontius, on 07/21/2008, -0/+2Well, for a lucky few, it *is* natural. They get to be remarkably strong and can't get fat, without ever having to work at it. They may need endurance training to use it to its fullest potential, but that's pretty trivial compared to massive bodybuilding to otherwise produce the same result.
- snakemistakes, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2i just registered last week, so no.
- yo_daddy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2man, i'd love to get my mind blown. just not sure how to get it in my girlfriends mouth.
- sporg, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3A smaller build with more long muscle like Bruce Lee had is much more functional and healthy. Those giant muscles just make you a slow ungainly freak. I would be surprised if they could run a half mile without suffering a stroke.
- RustRobot, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Yeah, not being able to scratch my own head sounds fantastic...
- j1337, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1It loads for me. Also:
http://duggmirror.com/offbeat_news/A_Collection_of_Myostatin_Deficiency_Pictures - CornStarch, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Second thought I may be thinking of another condition that causes excess muscle grown. Now that the link is working it doesn't look like any of those people have the condition I was thinking of.
- MackenzieWelch, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2how do you think that guy wears clothes without looking insane?
- ajf7688, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Man what is that. Muscles poopin out of the Skin. man just Scary!!
- markl3ster, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2--because in the case of ronnie coleman, somehow steroids == myostatin deficiency!
- smyl82, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1hmmm... Arnold in action....:)...
- mustafya, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1The last shot is a photoshop job. Other than that Richard Sandrak, Ronnie Coleman, and Flex Wheeler have not been proven to have any type of myostatin deficiency. The latter two simply got there by being walking pharmacies.
- martinlu, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2mirror: http://www.who-sucks.com.nyud.net:8080/people/monstrous-myostatin-misfortunes-a-collection-of-myostatin-deficiency-pictures
- goodkidyo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Yeah.. I actually highly doubt that Coleman has myostatin defficiency/blockers. The guy eats like a machine and is on steroids and GH etc etc etc..
He wasn't always that big. The 'article' is misleading at best. - chinodelarosa, on 06/13/2009, -0/+1Now, this is Sparta.
- CarLosT, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Wow
- AtomicTheory, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Ummm...... a lot of folks here are asking about "that last dude". Folks, the last image is an illustration, a drawing, a fake.
Seriously, how can anyone possibly think that is real? What some will people believe just blows my mind. - NINYO, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1oh yeah¡¡¡
- carebear378, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Oh my! That is just scary!
- CIAVT, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2If that last shot is real, (bodybuilder).... No, it can't be.... No ***** way. Who would want to look like that? I can understand "toning" and getting in shape, but that is crazy.
- CornStarch, on 10/11/2007, -3/+3Why not check it before you post it?
- twrife, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1That's disgusting.
- lurntoospel, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0The guy in the last picture appears to be a photoshopped Lance Armstrong. Maybe implying that he has a myostatin deficiency?
