- thecosmicpope, on 12/08/2007, -0/+12Are you suggesting that bullets do not exist? You haven't quite got this have you?
- Dundasbro, on 12/08/2007, -3/+14Well it's true, if god actually exists you have a higher chance of killing you than the devil. 2,270,365 actual numbers caused by god, those of sodom and victims of Noah's flood not counted. Satan has killed 10, and all of those were part of a bet with god. So yeah... If one is going to take the bible as fact, then it is evident that god killed more people than satan in the bible.

Sadly, Hello Kitty DOES exist. - chiller2002, on 12/08/2007, -0/+5It gets its name from the creek and railroad that it appears on. The way the whole story goes that a circus was coming to Louisville and the last train car containing the freak jumped track and fell off the truss that goes over a valley. Since then he haunts the train bridge. Now, the high school thing to do is to see if you can walk all the way across the truss before a train comes. Of course, he supposedly appears and you will either be so scared that you run and trip and fall off the bridge, or you are hypnotized by him until a train comes and hits you. I've walked the truss back in my HS days...nothing happened, but was an interested experience, combined with exploring the Waverly Hills Sanitarium (old TB hospital where many people spent their final days...so many deaths they had to build a "death chute" to transport the bodies to the bottom of the hill). Look it up for all the interesting stories and pictures. I think the Sci-Fi channel did a live "ghost hunt" there this past Halloween...all great architecture...but I've never seen a ghost.
- essjay, on 12/08/2007, -0/+4Most digg users don't believe women actually exist, so you're half right.

- EatingPie, on 12/09/2007, -1/+4Technically speaking, if the Biblical God does exist, he's the one that made you die.
In the Bible, death is a curse laid upon all of mankind as a result of sin. In the Garden of Eden, mankind was immortal, but we lost that through sin. Now, who "decreed" that? God did. So yeah, if God exists, your death is a result of God.
Of course, there's the whole Jesus thing and something called "The Second Death" and "Resurrection" so your mileage may vary.
