$1000 fine and/or jail time for partying too loud in San Diego!?!?
nbcsandiego.com — The San Diego City Council voted into effect a new noise ordinance targeting loud parties in the middle of a State School neighborhood. Unfortunately not much of a surprise from San Diego. Apparently some residents forgot they live near a college. This makes me all the more happy Im leaving soon.
