I don't think this is going to bankrupt Nintendo or something, but this could definitely shoot WiiCade.com up the ranks for small time developers. I feel that WiiCade could be for very small time programmers, even for one-man developments, while WiiWare could be used to promote medium-time devs into big time ones.
