Rumor of Resident Evil 4 Wii US Release BUSTED. Same gore as before.

gamingbits.com — Rumors that the Resident Evil 4 Wii release may be toned down sprouted from a posting at Next-gen.biz on the Japanese release of the game. For a second we thought the green/grey blooded days of Nintendo were back. A PR rep from Capcom confirms the US version gore will remain the same as previous GC and PS2 releases.
