But after so many times it becomes apparent that he is kidnapping peach just to get mario in his fortress. Once you realize this it becomes obvious that Bowser is gay for mario, and might even be masochist. Another clear hint is the spiky leather bands he wears (2 on each arm and one around the neck!).

buried. - f4nt0m4s, on 11/13/2007, -4/+32People give Nintendo a lot of crap for rehashing old concepts and ideas (and they rightfully should), but Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario 64, Mario kart, Paper Mario, Mario Party and Super Smash Bros. are all kick ass games that at some point in time have consumed my life. Specifically Mario Bros 3 and Mario 64, I spent hours playing those two revolutionary classics.

- inactive, on 11/14/2007, -0/+15The thing I'll give Nintendo on this one is that Mario is just a mascot/character, and has nothing to do with the gameplay. Hell, Super Mario 2 wasn't even a Mario game in Japan, the sprites were just added for the American version. There's really no video game that couldn't be made into a Mario game. You could have Master Chief take off his mask at the end of Halo and reveal that he's actually Mario.
