The game surveys the entire discovery and downfall of the corporation as covered in the RE game series. So it's a legitimate name. Think of it like "The Enron Chronicles."

Unfortunately, though, they are still lacking the online and support from *real* third party developers. I want interesting titles - not the smack-around-***** that are meant for 10 year old kids.

This fanboyism here is starting to make me sick and I don't even own a PS3. Bring me some real games Nintendo - along with some online play. Until then, the Wii sits in my room glowing away untouched. The sad part about it is that I spent more time playing Mario 64 (and RE4) than I did playing Wii games. Because, hint, there are very few worth buying.

- ddobson, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I don't think those were official unbreakable Nintendo rules -- or if they are, they've been abandoned. None of the new Metroid clips or the official trailer Nintendo released starting last week feature any "people playing the game" footage. For some games it's a big part of the experience, for others there's clearly marketing flexibility. Also, for some games there's not much to look at graphically, so the cutaways help communicate "fun" over "eye candy."

- volacide, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1RE4 while good in it's own right is an absolute joke in comparison to the other games in the series. REmake for the GameCube is still my all time favorite RE. That game is ***** amazing. RE2 and Zero are also good and 3 is pretty cool too. Code Veronica's environment rocks but the storyline sucks but it's still more of a RE game than RE4 was.

- 9a3eedi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1It's realtime. Resident Evil 0 and 1 were pre rendered, so all the resources went mostly into the character models which is why it looked so good. AFAIK this game runs on 60 fps as opposed to RE4's 30 fps, so the quality would go down..

Yes, have at me. However, I think that much of that is placeholders. I doubt the actual game will look that bad. -
