And HSN looking stupid as usual. - nahsrocketeer75, on 10/19/2009, -1/+160I've told my kids that if they do this to our TV they had better hop the next balloon out of town.
- Briones07, on 10/20/2009, -1/+74$200+$15=$329
- labizau, on 10/20/2009, -2/+56Umm, $379 for a Wii? Is that with or without the $129 installation from Best Buy?
- Shots, on 10/20/2009, -1/+54I like how it's the totally useless extension that "FLEW OFF AND BROKE THE TV" The guy's wii mote was STILL strapped onto his hand.
The irony that they are trying to sell the extensions along with the Wii..... for an additional $129 - cawfee, on 10/20/2009, -3/+54http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a07W2t2wcRA#t=5m00s
For all of you who don't feel like sitting through 5 minutes of teleshopping.
I sure as hell don't. - jeffambo, on 10/20/2009, -1/+47God damn it FALCON!
- shadowcode, on 10/20/2009, -1/+42I love how he moved to try and stand in front of the screen damage.
Thankfully this is the internets and we have rewind! - jamie365, on 10/20/2009, -0/+31The 15 accessories that do absolutely nothing
- AndrewDB, on 10/20/2009, -0/+30It had 15 accessories, the crappy plastic add ons for the controllers.
- Awwzm, on 10/19/2009, -0/+28Way to sell your product.
- BREZZZ, on 10/19/2009, -1/+28But if you are enough of a wise ass you can work your way up.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rChjMRfi40c - ItWasOnlyAJoke, on 10/20/2009, -3/+29Ahaha! That picture will never go away! DUGG FOR COMPLETELY UNRELATED THUMBNAIL.
- siggyfawn, on 10/20/2009, -3/+28So you just started warning them 5 days ago?
- inactive, on 10/20/2009, -1/+24I like how he stands in front of the broken bottom left corner, stopped demonstrating it, changed to replays, how she said "it flew right out of his hand" which it didn't, and how they tried to cover-up the fact that the accessories can come loose and obviously damage your expensive television.
- txballer, on 10/20/2009, -1/+21He kept going because they're under immense pressure to sell x amount of items within a certain amount of time. If they don't they're quickly replaced.
BTW, If you to love the reviews for it on their own website
http://reviews.hsn.com/4590/5722449/reviews.htm?so ... - adremali, on 10/20/2009, -1/+20we're going to start needing "pic unrelated" tags on these submissions
- adeelarshad82, on 10/19/2009, -0/+18"wish i had 2000 of those, they are all definitely going be to selling"
Not after that show!!! - thizzlebot, on 10/20/2009, -1/+19Its funny because all those attachments are useless.
- furatail, on 10/20/2009, -0/+14How exactly is this guy an idiot? It looks to me like faulty accessories. When he said, " I didn't have it on all the way," he was likely saying this to trick the consumer into thinking, "Oh, this guy just didn't put it on right, I bet they stay on if used properly."
- markstory, on 10/19/2009, -3/+17And that kids, is how you fail live on television.
- sickswaystop, on 10/20/2009, -1/+14I love how the laugh the woman gives afterwards completely says "OOOH *****!"
- Soniti, on 10/20/2009, -0/+13Cool story bro. Whiffle balls and such.
- betona, on 10/20/2009, -0/+12Thank you. Fast forwarding, I didn't find that part.
- jstearns, on 10/20/2009, -1/+12+1 Internets.
- TheWiseFlea, on 10/20/2009, -1/+11I love two things:
1. The head of the racket totally ended up on the TV stand, not "and there goes the tennis racket" with the across the room look.
2. "I didn't have it on there all the way." Clearly, the wristband is on when he says this, and the product actually broke where the handle meets the head. - NeoSporin, on 10/20/2009, -0/+10Oh, which show do you work for?
- burrdugg, on 10/20/2009, -1/+10He is not a very good seller. He should be yelling loudly into my ears the whole time if he wants to convince me.
- LarkStew, on 10/20/2009, -1/+10You can imagine the producers shouting in his ear... for god's sake don't show the TV you just broke with the crap we're trying to sell!
- homersaysdoh, on 10/20/2009, -0/+9That video was about 8 minutes and 55 seconds longer than it needed to be.
- immatellyouwhat, on 10/20/2009, -0/+8Lol at the end the lady says "If you are remotely interested..." nice
- dafragsta, on 10/21/2009, -0/+8They're good at breaking TVs.
- gankige, on 10/20/2009, -1/+7Dialogue SHOULD have been more along the lines of:
"See the sensor picks up the remote's movements... And now I go up for the serv- Oh *****! That's not coming out of my paycheck is it?"
Yeah the guy's an idiot, but kudos to him for keeping it going. - luism42, on 10/20/2009, -0/+6guess what we have just added a special deal....this tv for half price....act fast its a one-of-a-kind!!!!!!!
- cloneenolc, on 10/20/2009, -1/+7Save yourself 5 minutes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a07W2t2wcRA#t=5m4s
LINK to the goods in the 9 minute video. - chinolofus, on 10/20/2009, -0/+6actually its new. hsn were the ones who put the video up on youtube oct. 16th 2009. and earlier in the vid they say how halloween is coming up.
- Tkuebrich, on 10/20/2009, -1/+6I...I hate that man....he kind of makes me nervous.
- inactive, on 10/20/2009, -5/+10Give them a Falcon punch.
- nightmaregnome, on 10/20/2009, -1/+5What is really funny, is they show the controller up close a little afterwards and you can see the frame of the accessory still on the remote. I think the part was so cheap it just snapped the rackets head right off when he swung. Of course he blamed it on not being securely on but that isn't possible with the way the accessory covers every side but the face of the wii remote and that never left his hand.
- Rutledge14, on 10/20/2009, -2/+6No way, it even comes with a "combat shooter"!
- LarkStew, on 10/20/2009, -1/+5You can blame Nintendo for calling it a sensor bar when the sensor is actually in the handheld bit.
- Hydrohs, on 10/21/2009, -0/+4It's Billy Mays. WAY TO FAIL!
- startsomething7, on 10/20/2009, -0/+4The next caller will get this tv 50% off. A one time deal!
- JudgeMonkey, on 10/20/2009, -1/+5I actually have that accessory thing. My sister got it for Christmas and we never use it anyway, but the frame and the extension are separate parts, so the wiimote can be kept in that part and you can replace the end with the tennis racquet, bat, or golf club and they actually do connect pretty firmly. There is a switch you are supposed to flip down to snap them together, which I guess he failed to do properly.
- kinseyincanada, on 10/20/2009, -4/+7its obviously a little old, theres christmas decorations so it was when it was hard to find and still $250
- nightmaregnome, on 10/20/2009, -1/+4That is probably good then. It is still cheap crap sold for way too much. They make it sound as though those accessories are required to play those games.
- phylum, on 10/21/2009, -0/+3worst salesman of the year
- graemee, on 10/20/2009, -0/+3The HSN is like ebay, without the auction and more shipping and handling.
- ontain, on 10/20/2009, -1/+4the sad thing is that the ones that plan on keeping it know it's overpriced but are doing it because of the 5 payment system. good lord if you can't afford it don't buy the over priced version just because you can spread the payments. why not teach your kids some financial responsibility :P
- CaptJackSparrow, on 10/21/2009, -0/+2Guy does not even know how Wii sensor bar works. Said that all movements are picked by "sensor bar". Someone should show him a battery powered sensor bar that is not attached to Wii/does not communicate with Wii and ask him how that works.
