- cydlys, on 07/07/2008, -2/+20Watch as grandma's everywhere mistakenly buy their grandchildren these.
- Danikar, on 07/08/2008, -0/+11They've been at mine for a while now. Didn't really consider them news worthy.
- UnFriendlyFire, on 07/08/2008, -0/+8Made in China? Contents 101% lead?
- anselm83, on 07/07/2008, -1/+9I just saw these at my local Walgreen's.
- LacY, on 07/08/2008, -0/+5I saw it at a Bed Bath and Beyond and was like "why the hell are they selling Wiimotes at BB&B?"
- inactive, on 07/08/2008, -0/+5They come with Smarties bubblegum, weird right?
its like sipping a beer and discovering actually wine. - MrBastian, on 07/08/2008, -0/+4Calm down dude...
- Gatesophile, on 07/07/2008, -1/+5I have one of these. My aunt gave it to me. It's rather inefficient as a candy dispenser.
- Branchex, on 07/07/2008, -1/+4I remember when they made gum that came in a box that looked like a Game Boy, the pieces were huge.
- feshmania, on 07/07/2008, -1/+4you should've modded yours into something wittier, unlike this, Bro-se Conseco
- vertigoacid, on 07/09/2008, -0/+3IR receiver, not transmitter. The Wii Sensor bar is the transmitter
- MrSidnet, on 07/09/2008, -0/+3Saw them at SuperStore. not news worthy.
- MosX, on 07/09/2008, -0/+2I bought one for my girlfriend because she loves the Wii. It was fun for about a day. Then the candy was gone.
- iNNeRKaoS, on 07/09/2008, -0/+2I have had several of these. They're official Nintendo merch.
- Kinsbane, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Saw one in the checkout aisle at Fry's the other day. I guess anything for a buck, eh?
- melissajarquin, on 07/09/2008, -0/+1Perhaps it's the newest accessory for the Wii Fit. ;o)
- zerhynn, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1This kinda reminds me of those other things surfacing all over wal-marts. They're like those cheap tiger games except the screen to play is the top of the wiimote. It's probably tricking grandparents everywhere.
http://www.wiinewsdaily.com/fake-wiimote-with-a-fo ... - moo113, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Canadian Blockbusters both carry and sell-out of them.
- rz8472, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1"What's that Strong Bad, some sort of futuristic candy bar?"
- inactive, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1I happen to think that toys that shoot candy are rather cool.
- stevenbrown, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1I saw this in the grocery store today and laughed out loud.
- whitlock, on 07/09/2008, -0/+1Just pickup more smarties and bring the fun back!
- themastersb, on 07/09/2008, -0/+1In b4 kids launching the candy down their throats, choking and lawsuits resulting from said incidents.
- KingGorilla, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Candy Dispenser? Why not candy launcher?
- CDRaff, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Apparently 196 people so far.
- badassninja, on 07/07/2008, -2/+3I have bought one. It's kind of fun and the controller oddly look and feel good. Just like the real thing only smaller I think. Nothing worth bitching about.
- kiffar, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1ROFL I bought this at a dollar store like, 3 months ago
- troymccluresf, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Okay, it's time to link to Angry Bob again.
http://www.angryflower.com/aposter.html - tnoy, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2You'd have to be a ***** moron to buy this thinking it is an actual Wiimote.
- Skootles, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1I just saw one of these in the store the other day..
- inactive, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0When it comes to tech blogs who link to another tech blog, which links to another tech blog, linking to the actual article. Alot people dont bother to click through all the BS to find the real story. I like Endgaget, but I think they post too many vanilla articles (IE: Best HD player evar!! .... only to read that the tester only used Standard Def files to test the HD playback? say what?!). People need to dig a little deeper when it comes to tech blogs like this. Hell Endgaget can even spend 5-10 minutes calling Nintendo to confirm it, but nah, much easier to post the tech blog link upon a link upon a link and walk away. About as lame as Fox News, "We report the tech, you decide".
- eekfuh, on 07/08/2008, -4/+4Who cares?
- DiggzDE, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1I saw this at my dollar store a month ago. I should have bought one :(
- KaJuN4, on 07/09/2008, -1/+1Good for you. Want a cookie?
- inactive, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1This was mentioned on the Endgaget thread, this isnt a fake product. Its an officially licensed candy dispensor. Unless people buy this and label it as an actual game controller, putting it up on Ebay, then yeah, its a fake. I own a wii and I dont see what the big deal is. Ever since fake iPhones came out, people are on this "OMG THIS IS FAKE!" bandwagon, spending very little time (if any) to investigate things. OMG THIS IS A FAKE GAME CONTROLLER!!! er wait... its a candy dispensor.... LETS DIGG THIS ANYWAY!?
- inactive, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0Can it fire bullets. It would make a good zip gun.
- randomheadlines, on 11/30/2008, -0/+0Haha this is awesome! Leave it to nintendo to think of one more thing no one else has!
http://computerht.com - KeniF, on 07/12/2008, -0/+0i can imagine nintendo suing them for copyright infringement
- Nath2k8, on 07/09/2008, -0/+0Anyone remember the little plastic gamecubes with jellies inside?
http://farm1.static.flickr.com/52/109438623_24f8af ... - KaJuN4, on 07/09/2008, -1/+1***** thing sucks!!
- Basecamp88, on 07/09/2008, -0/+0Found one of these at my local dollar store. It's about 1/3 the size of a real one. The candy is actually really crappy gum. Not as fun as the original, but It is fun to shoot at people.
- inactive, on 07/08/2008, -2/+1Digg is so unoriginal that they cant even make up a title.
- wex98x, on 07/08/2008, -3/+1Anyone who buys a Wiimote with the Net Weight listed is a moron.
- scrag10, on 07/07/2008, -12/+7"Do not aim at face, so... it's kind of like the real thing."
sex joke? - DIGGADEEP, on 07/07/2008, -7/+1i modded mine into a taser...bro
