- Kerplunk5975, on 10/10/2007, -11/+36Don't be mad just because you're a loser and never went out drinking and had a good time.
- Humbick, on 10/10/2007, -2/+16hey, if dominoes and the spelling bee can be on ESPN, i dont see how beer pong cant be considered a sport. and by the way, there is a use to the sport, its to have fun and get drunk, you should try it you might like it.
- sronbheatha, on 10/10/2007, -19/+32Wow. The single most useless "sport" now has a video game.
- TenMinuteParty, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8This is awesome and all but those pictures look like the cd-roms I played on my Packard Bell in 1995.
- sloppychris, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8So many uses to beer pong. Only for fun people though.
- KeepSwinging, on 10/10/2007, -2/+7People on digg are sour pusses
- jphillips59, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Why wait?
http://www.wiicade.com/gameDetail.aspx?gameID=400 - TheTaoOfBill, on 10/10/2007, -3/+7Dude, beer pong is amazing! It's one of the best drinking games because it actually requires skill. And people who say it's nasty are pansies. We have a rinse cup! Don't you know water kills germs!? Well if you didn't know that you're not drunk enough.
- TheTaoOfBill, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6You should do less studying and go to more parties and you might gain the social skills to detect sarcasm.
- wafflesomd, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5Is that Owen Wilson?
- MatchStick, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4i dunno what you're talking about, but I agree completely, dugg.
- TehG3rman, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Haha, do you have some sort of vendetta against beer pong and its players? This is like the 3rd negative comment from you. Why don't you just ignore the article. We got the point, you don't like beer pong.
Are you that guy that sits in the corner at the bar crying in his drink because no one will invite you to play? " Wa wa, they wont let me play beer pong. I'm gonna go make my difference on the Internets." - fanclerks, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5Geez, you are a huge loser bingobongony. Every thread I've seen with comments from you in it is just to insult and belittle people. Don't you have something better to do with your Saturday nights? I've never seen people laughing at others that are playing drinking games, and even if they did, who cares, they're having fun.
- MatchStick, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3sry, that was a friendly "tardo", should have been clearer 'bout that.
- libertao, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3If he didn't detect that one, I don't think there's much hope for him.
- fanclerks, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5Are you nuts?! Beer pong is a great social activity. Hell, my fraternity played it every Saturday at parties and it was one of the central hot spots at our parties. Just cause you can't seem to interact and play the game at the same time, doesn't mean others can't. As most drinking games go, they're great for social interaction.
- acebrickman, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4Wordpress: less
duggmirror: one more time! http://duggmirror.com/nintendo_wii/Game_Party_for_Wii_Featuring_Wii_Beer_Pong_More_PICS/ - TheTaoOfBill, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Either way could be pretty fun. If you don't have a large table and some ping pong balls this is great! Or if you live in a small dorm and want to party a bit but don't have the space for a table this is perfect.
- generalsx1, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4Wii + beer = a broken tv.
- Zzone, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3No it's a movie by the Zucker Brothers, the Airplane Films creators, starring the creators of Southpark.
- dethsesh, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2no way in hell im buying a game from midway for wii
- Shorties, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3I see more Wiimotes into TV's as soon as this is released...
- tidu, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2what the hell's up your ass?
- coheedcollapse, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1This is the first and possibly only time I will agree with wageslaven. There are better Wii games to get excited about.
- NeonFire, on 12/04/2007, -0/+1I hope you're being sarcastic.
- Humbick, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1yea ok please make an argument that the channel that shows sports center and sports news and sports talk shows and.. sports.. all day is not about sports. tell me something, what do you watch it for? hot dog eating contest? btw, i dont really know, but what does the S stand for?
- Moonlitnight, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1aw, sweet! Now, instead of drunkenly throwing ping pong balls at your opponents as you miss the cups, you can now drunkenly throw your wiimote and break your tv!
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Mirror:
http://www.linkinn.com/_Game_Party_for_Wii_Featuring_Wii_Beer_Pong_More_PICS - josho, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1i love digg.
- msarge, on 10/10/2007, -0/+199% of people stopped playing beer pong two years ago? People were playing beer pong at bars? I thought this game was played at parties at every college. I also recall interacting with other people while I was playing.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Kind of takes away from the entire point of beer pong, but if I was a Wii fan Id definitely use it for that
- NeonFire, on 12/04/2007, -0/+1Haha yeah. No more Mario or Zelda games now - Beer Pong is Nintendo's newest franchise. ;)
- WhereAmI, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Someone hasn't been invited to play.
- WhereAmI, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Your the type of person this game is directed to, people that never actually played these games but now you can.
- NeonFire, on 12/04/2007, -0/+1Yeah virtual beer pong doesn't sound overly exciting to me.
- WhereAmI, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Dropped out or kicked out?
By the students or the staff?
Unpopular AND stupid? - fanclerks, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Maybe for you. Beer pong will always have a place on college campuses.
- Pauliver, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yes, because obviously beer pong was for some reason a trend and we should inexplicably pick a different drinking game that can be the cool new thing. And you already knew all of this before us, because you're way more awesome than us. 2004 called, and it said you were a douchebag back then too.
- karmak1ng, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Guilty as charged.
- fanclerks, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Just cause you don't have the actual cups, doesn't mean you can't be drinking while playing. Make it like any other TV based drinking game, you lose you have to drink. And less mess. I don't see the issue with it.
- NeonFire, on 12/04/2007, -0/+1Why not?
- McKoKslarge, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCR_cIAvjjA
heres the link to the video - NeonFire, on 12/04/2007, -0/+1Yep. Ahh the perks of the wii. ;)
- WhereAmI, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Me too (agree with wageslaven). Seriously, Beer Pong is meant to be played with random people doing random things to ***** you up, if your not ***** up enough already.
- Don_Fubar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Son of a bitch!
This was my idea over a year ago!
I went to the World Series of Beer Pong II in Nevada this January and the first thing that came to mind was BEER PONG on the WII!
And less than a year later, here it is!
It's funny cause I work in the video game industry and was pitching this idea to game companies like SEGA!
Glad to see it coming to the light of day
TDHS - WhereAmI, on 10/17/2007, -1/+1Or you can get friends.
- josho, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1i actually dropped out of college, sorry. if your comment had been remotely humorous, perhaps the sarcasm would have been more obvious.
- lex0429, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0so how are the AA meetings going?
- clamum, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Who seriously calls Beer Pong a sport? Well, maybe because frat *****. Regardless, it's fun as hell to play, you should try it sometime.
- fumar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0No the E in ESPN really stands for Eastern. As in their east coast sports teams bias.
