Lying in congressional hearings, covering up evidence, (probably) destruction of evidence, illegal firearms trafficking, criminal conspiracy & criminal behavior resulting in murder just to name a few? Some people need to go to prison for a long time over this. Sad to say the most we'll probably get is a few low level firings, most of the mid level players have already been "punished" by being promoted and/or transferred to other areas.

U.S. Atty. Dennis K. Burke told them last March that the two weapons came from a store in Texas and were not part of Fast and Furious.
In fact, Burke actually knew within hours of Brian's murder that they were purchased from a Phoenix gun shop under ATF surveillance the previous January" — a fact borne out by Burke's emails.

This is on Holder. It was his responsibility to stay on top of this and every other DOJ operation and either he failed to do so or he was criminally negligent in allowing this to continue as far as it did. Either way it's unlikely Obama was made aware of most of the details - it's not his job to micromanage his Cabinet Secys....but of course the buck still stops at his desk regardless. He should fire Holder ASAP if he was not complicit in authorizing this fiasco.

Eric Holder has either lied to Congress or is too incompetent to provide Congress with accurate information. In either case, the only choice is to fire him. That he has not already been terminated speaks to the lack of character of his boss.

This 'Justice Dept' has had less to do with justice than any in my lifetime. Holder is as ignorant as Obama about running anything more than a lemonade stand. He needs to either step down or be removed. He is responsible for this atrocity and should be held accountable.
