I actually find your interpretation disturbing. Retarded is not the same as mental illness. And i appreciate that there is much untreated mental illness around the world, sad but true. Eating with utensils and formulating sentences has nothing to do with it. mental illness comes in many forms and variations....but all in all this isn't the topic at hand, and you have singled out one small part of my opinion.
