If she is found guilty they should duct tape her arms, legs and mouth. Then transport her to the middle of the everglades, and leave her there to make it on her own.

While I would render murder in the first degree (I'm not against the death penalty), I would go for life with or without parole and my reason is George and Cindy Anthony. To out Casey to death would once more victimize the entire family.

Yes, he deserves death IMO, but the parents of casey don't deserve this. It is for their sake that I would spare them the final blow of having both their grand daughter and daughter DEAD!

Their defense is so bogus, the verdict has to be guilty. Your kid drowned, so you panicked and stuck her body in the trunk of your car? Yeah, no. Any loving parent would have called an ambulance in the hope that the child could be revived. Consequences be damned. Casey Anthony deserves whatever she gets, so long as it isn't freedom.
