Tens of thousands of Christian volunteers go throughout the world feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and helping the sick. If you ask them, they'll advise you not to have sex outside marriage and don't use IV drugs. All of that is free.
Education would be teaching them to read and write, learn mathematics etc, to give them the tools to prosper in life.
Telling them not to have sex outside of marriage isn't going to protect them from catching HIV or STI, it's not magic. Taking drugs intravenously does not cause HIV, it's the sharing of contaminated needles which is the problem.
