Sure there is maybe a 21 year limit per crime.
However, he shot 80 different people so that is a lot of counts on the same crime.
They just need to try him on one case at a time.
In theory, he would be kept in prison for 1680 years.
However, I personally think he would stop showing up for court before the first century was up. Time off for good behavior and death by old age; released! In 2101 A.D.
