Good. Just because Google does search well doesn't mean there shouldn't be competition

Bing rewards provides points for searches that can be redeemed for things like gift cards.

So, Microsoft has to pay people to use their search engine.... and they still only have 14%? They can't even beat google when they pay people. LOL

Boss - "Hey Bob, you're getting a raise."
Bob - "Sweet! How much?"
Boss - ".2%"
Bob - "f**k you."

Google results is infested with too many rogue sites setup by by marketers. Google, sadly isnt what it used to be, as I remember. The more I use them the more I see irrelevant results. Plus the fact that google sensors some stuff, drives me nuts. Try to do controversial research on Google, and you get nothing, and I mean nothing of substance.
Bing isnt there yet, but at least its top results are different from Google.

I've heard Bing is quite good, but I just don't like the UI of it. I prefer the simple UI. I've never had to look hard for something on Google to get what I was after. I will never use Yahoo again. That site is rubbish.

Gaining search share by "paying" users is the most sad and pathetic thing ever - even more sad when they have to pay people just to come in last place.

Should be fun to see all the comments about how comScore sucks, or how it is just 0.3%...comments from the same people that ejaculate into their palms when comScore shows that Windows has lost 0.1% over a 2 year period.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

DuckDuckGo doesn't censor search results or give paid boosts and don't have a cozy data harvesting relationship with the NSA (as far as I know). I prefer to use it over all others. Startpage is alright too but it merely aggregates results.
