I misread the title, believing that apple sued seasme street over using one of their slogans. However, the article is just a question of whether or not apple will.

Not only is this not news on ANY LEVEL, it's also just plain stupid. It's the iPogo stick with a song sing that there's an app for everything. If anything Apple should be paying Sesame Street for the advertising. If it were the Pogo-droid, and they had a "there's an app for that" it'd be a completely different story.
Just because you own a trade mark doesn't mean you have to sue anyone who uses it. Apple loves this, cause now a bunch of 4 year olds will grow up thinking that the iPad/iPhone/iPod touch can do everything.
And Christmas is just around the corner.

how can you copy right theres an app for that? if you take all the stuff apple had now microsoft or someone else has came up and trademarked that before but apple still does it.effff apple

You do realize that at this point (as in as I'm writing this) Apple has done nothing to Sesame Street over this silly little song? Also, please take the time to learn something about sentence structure...and coherent thought. It will make you sound less stupid next time.

apple is kind of this sleeping, irrational giant.
i feel like it's kinda high all the time. it'll let a few big things slide past, usually cuz it doesn't notice them. then other times it'll freak out over the tiniest things.
