Does the question even need to be asked?
Corporations own the government and its regulators..

People, end-users lose. Both BigGovt. and BigBusiness win. Freedom loses.

Absolute true neutrality would be a boon to society as a whole. What the FCC passed here is not that. I still don't know what it is, nor does anyone else it appears.
Of course this is the general occurrence with regulation, no one knows what it truly means until it's in place and then actually used to regulate. What was passed as net neutrality could be very beneficial to citizens/consumers but it could easily be warped to punish them.

It's really a pretty simple and straight forward issue, beware of any and all who try to make it complicated. Providers can and should charge for the amount of 0s and 1s that can be received\sent at any time as well as the total number of 0s and 1s that are sent over a given period. Providers should have no say or control over what is contained in those 0s and 1s. This should apply to both wired and wireless. Bam, "net neutrality"; anything different is clearly a boon to one special interest or the other.

depending on how you read that, that would make QoS illegal. and we really don't want that (trust me, we don't)
