As a former Verizon customer I know what it was like having to pay so much for a month, and it's about time for this happened!

Verizon has actually always been pretty cool to reduce overage fees...like any customer service rep who gets s**t on all day by people, the typical Verizon rep responds pretty warmly to a sane, rational request

i switched from AT&T to VZ several months back. VZ does a better job overall. much better coverage in my area, decent pricing, and actually pretty good customer service the few times I've needed to talk with them. they also have some really great phones.
never had an overage fee, but this sounds like good news for anyone who has.

paid my way out of my contract. its way to expensive to be a customer with those guys. they'll nickel & dime you to death; yet, they are over charging with way more than nickels & dimes.

So whcih carrier is nickel and diming you the same amount now?
