Just be careful what you post. Granted most people posting pictures of some stupid drunken act will not care but if you post a picture of some breaking news, be aware that twitter could own the rights to said image(s)
As of right now, you grant Twitter rights to all your content (including pictures) if they want to re lic, sell or reproduce them for any reason.
From Twitters terms of service:
You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

"This feature is powered by Photobucket" . . . hmm so I wonder who really owns your photos once you upload them: Twitter or Photobucket? and if you delete your pics, are they really deleted?

Worried about G+?
smurAug 10, 2011
Clearly. Don't mean to plug, but I just published a G+ post about this, along with some observations about the new feature: http://bit.ly/pIrUFn
