An Awesome concept, would work really well for schools
doomesticMay 8, 2011
Last date? Can't compute. Diggers never had "dates".
mizuhochanMay 8, 2011
I know I haven't. I find this article insulting.
doomesticMay 8, 2011
Unless his idea of a date is tissue paper and internet access.
jimmyemunozMay 8, 2011
Love this idea and product. I think it would be great to have a sales scheme where if I the customer buy one then one will be given away freely---I think that it's a good idea even if I, the customer, have to pay $35 dollars (or whatever amount is necessary) per unit to make it all possible. Anyone else think this is a good idea?
inditechMay 9, 2011
Sir, that is a fantastic idea! I would happily pay $50 if I knew that some poor kiddy was to get a free one. Good on you! Email them and suggest it! :-)

Without electricity, keyboard, monitor and mouse, this doesn't really do much...
gms228May 9, 2011
Now all they need is a monitor
larsulrikMay 9, 2011
The submitter should have caught that before submitting. What an outrage! Don't all people writing articles on the internet know they're really writing for the Digg audience? Am I carrying the sarcasm too far?
slammermxMay 8, 2011
Can anyone say "007"
schwartzloenardMay 8, 2011
It's really great to see that they they've made something to teach tomorrow's slave labor pool how to operate the machines they will be working on.
ParentingCoachLisaMay 9, 2011
Who will buy this?
npisthojMay 8, 2011
can it play Flash game?
linageeMay 8, 2011
All kids have access to an HDMI TV....... (Many HDMI TVs already have web browsers built into them also.)
ve3ofaMay 8, 2011
I hope you were being sarcastic.. $25 for something with no i/o seems rather high once you add a keyboard/mouse, video screen, wireless/wifi, power supply, etc the prices ramp up to more than the OLPC
linageeMay 9, 2011
Argh. Yes I was being sarcastic. I realize everything you said in your comment.
dmcaudioMay 9, 2011
i've seen this article (or one exactly like it on another site) for the last 4 days. I'm sick of this s**t. Doesn't anyone check when making submissions anymore??Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
inquebissMay 9, 2011
First time I've seen this article. How about you stop being a little bitch.
Bitch.
fantomtubaMay 8, 2011
...So its pretty much a smartphone without a screen? I think it would make alot more sense to get used ipod touches or 100 or less on ebay and give it to the olpc children.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
