The subjective life of a computer user...spam, spam, and more spam!

Not to mention it has no or very little bearing in fact too...

This reads more like the subjective life of an apple fanboy.

If you can give a specific example of a PC based product producing as much fan-fare as an apple based one (outside of a windows launch), I'm all ears.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Most people see computers as tools and nothing more. Although these tools can be used to do great things, they are not significant in themselves. Only Apple users seem to believe these devices have some greater importance.
There is little fanfare when a new hammer is released. Why should there be any celebration of a new PC? I'm much more interested in what people have done with their PCs than the tool itself.

louiebaur should have his account banned. All you have to do is look at his Digg submission history to see that he is a paid marketer to get Digg stories promoted. This is a user that is not good for the community.

C64 in 1990? Mine must have traveled time back to 1982...lucky me.

iPod was launched in 2001, not 2000. I love how wikipedia wasn't mentioned anywhere, because if they used wikipedia they would have realized that one of the biggest parts of their flowcharts is wrong.

I love trying to decipher a chart that looks like it was thrown together by a three-year-old playing with over-sized puzzle pieces.
