This thing is pretty sick if that's really how fast it goes. With a decent LSI RAID controller under its hood, it should be relatively reliable too. Wonder how many SSDs are in there and if it's RAID 0 internal...

It is raid 0 because the writes are faster than the reads on mlc ssds. ssds always seem to write way slower than they read and raid 0 boosts write speed far more than read speed evening it out.
