well, Mark Zuckerberg has billions of dollars and he's always finding ways to sue people so that he can continue to write off "legal expenses" and avoid paying income taxes. He's claiming that facebook have a trademark over anything that has either Face or Book in the term.
I hope Lamebook win!

Facebook applied for its mark on May 24, 2007. The Lamebook owners applied for theirs on May 6, 2010. http://tess2.uspto.gov/
Frankly, I'm surprised Lamebook's application wasn't opposed, but it's really not a mystery how this one is going to play out.
