I waited until technology reached this level before getting a mobile phone, and bought mine on day 2 of the release (short line). I don't even know how to use one of those old-style cell phones.

aha, revolutionary! They still sell tons of lemons knowing it. I got one and they refused to change it to another because it was factory unlocked phone!

Who wants to be a hipster, Ari?
aristotle0dudeJul 2, 2011
Is that a rhetorical question? You want an iPhone but you cannot afford one and you refer to iPhone owners as hipsters. Ergo, you wish you were one.

It did change everything. An interesting parallel I can think of is Call of Duty. Both the first iPhone and MW changed their markets completely. Both revolutionized every aspect, almost perfected it through out the years. Each year there was a small upgrade to the product, a 3G chip and GPS or Zombies Mode. And the interesting thing is, when a product or an idea reaches a certain point in popularity and success, people start hating it. Just look at mobile phone reviews, or shooter trailers, a lot of high rated comments state "iPhone killer" or "CoD Killer", just because iPhone is the dominating phone and Black Ops is the most played game right now. Never understood the psychology behind that.
