i love chrome..its damn good..:-)

I did use Chrome in its earlier days, but then stopped a while back. Presently, I utilize IE8 and probably would make a decision after using IE9 first.
I am sure that Chrome 10 (stable) would be a good browser to have on the computer.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

If you like Chrome then you should be encouraging people to use Chrome or Firefox. Their uptake is what is making IE better.
(Remember that long horrible period of IE - that's when it was unchallenged...)Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Well, it was in the early days of Chrome a couple of years back; and on occasion it was quite unstable back then. With the result that I had to shift back to IE7. Of course, when I upgraded to Windows 7 Pro it came with an IE8.
Presently IE8 is doing quite well; and I would have to find good reason to shift to another browser. Probably Chrome 10 would be a good candidate as the second browser on my system.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Woops. That was meant to be, "If you like IE".
In other words, the best way to spur development in your preferred application is to recommended the competition to others.
Help keep complacency at bay.

Of course, to keep the big boys on their toes is always a good idea. After all without the nitizens (and a growing population at that) and their requirements the ISPs would not be relevant.
However, the intention was not to recommend; as my earlier experience with Chrome may as well have been a rare occurance. Any how, at present I am quite happy with IE8 as speed would be an important consideration but not the only one.

I think chrome is slowly becoming a far better browser from it's competitors.
For one, Each chrome release often has some noticable changes, but it's never enough to confuse it's users, Once you get used to the lack of menu's, and learn how to use extensions and the omnibar to do what you want, everything else is just learning more as you go along.
Firefox might have the biggest impact on customization (other then Opera, of course) because of XUL, but chrome provides far better backwards compatibility between old extensions and new browser versions.
IE9 might be far better then it once was, but it's main weakness is it lax the flexability of other browsers in the addons department, they can improve the rendering engine in 10 ways, but you can't really add anything unless it's a toolbar, or shareware.
Opera has a ton of features, but it's vocal fan base doesn't make up for the lack of support it gets everywhere.
Safari is primarily for mac, and while there is a windows version, I can't see anyone using it on a daily basis unless you absolutely like safariComment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Agreed. The choice would basically be between the IE8 or IE9 (after it comes out of beta) and the Chrome 10.

What a horribly written article. It's like reading google translator. Who dugg this piece of crap.... ah of course beshirthappy, rufioho, digitalmoto, nicoole16, blinker1315, guyism, macbookforme, thoughtsonthis, arbiinc, louiebaur, alanocu.... I could go on, but it's the usual suspects of blind diggers. Because if they dugg this one, they certainly didn't read the story or probably even the headline.

Upgraded this morning and it is fast. Also started using the apps you can install and it is a nice touch. I truly think Chrome is my favorite browser.

Google is doing great with Chrome.

It may increase speed but when it fails Cross Browser Compatibility Test at the time of on-page optimization.

Chrome and Firefox are two of the best browsers.
