This is a bad idea. Copyright is important and something worth pursuing, but not in this form (or most complicated ones right now).
Shutting down the spread of information like this is shutting down free advertisement.
Most ppl I know that use Pinterest and Flicker are sharing pics and information over movies and shows and other consumable products, not pirating. This shuts down all their excitement over that product when they usually spend hours talking and sharing info about it.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
