As someone who has his hand on many log-ins for an array of different things, I can definitely speak to the value of making sure everything's in order with your accounts. I highly recommend using good Twitter apps to facilitate the switching between accounts; also, using something like Google Chrome's incognito mode will help prevent unwanted automatic log-ins if you find that you have to log in via the web.
I'm still waiting for Twitter to official integrate a more robust account switching system on-site though.

Vic,
I've made mistakes before through apps like Tweetdeck and Seesmic. I'm probably not the best example as I sometimes forget who exactly I am from one moment to the next but still, you have to be very careful.

Indeed. The switching in apps like Seesmic 2 aren't by any means perfect. And you're right, the lesson here is to be completely aware because mistakes can certainly be made if not enough care is taken.

BS'ers can be running so many lines to so many people that they become forgetful. You just can't remember all the lies you've told to exactly who. It's a management trait. Job hazard.

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe -incognito
Right click a Chrome browser shortcut link > properties > add -incognito
to the target line to always start the browser in incognito mode. I find it handy.

Being careful about your platform mgmt is always prudent. Although, things like this will continue to happen... Look at the Red Cross incident. They actually turned it into a positive by saying "hey, we are human..." A mea culpa can help.

Chrysler seems to be handling it pretty well, also. They're definitely getting more followers now!

Eh why fire an employee who generates publicity .. considering thats what thy are hired to do? I'm not buying a chrysler I don't need a car from a company that's so prude and unforgiving .. I dont need a car built on employees fear.

to me that's kindof a large leap to make. Business management are often pretty damn stupid regardless of the company's products.

I truly agree!
