This is just plain stupidity. How long will it be before they go after sites like launch saying that "they provide places for pirates to record music using programs such as Audacity"...I hope that Google takes a stand.

@deepsub:Fair use does not cover using entire pieces of work. So the Chinese Backstreet Boys are technically infringing on copyright. Personally I think that fair use should cover this, but since when does my opinion count?

So, is the RIAA going to sue me if someone calls me on the phone and they hear my music (from a legally bought CD) playing in the background? This mess has got to come to a stop!
