Even if you don't agree I think this was a good educated read. Please don't bang on me I'm not an all out Google+ 'fanboy' I just thought this was a good read. Agree or not.

I agree.

"This is Facebook’s ultimate problem. People don’t trust them and, moreso, many are rooting for them to fail." Yup.
immunofortJul 31, 2011
I would say that that is not true. Most people are indifferent. The people who don't trust them and want them to fail just happen to be the most vocal about it. It's not as if people who do enjoying using facebook are going to start writing rave reviews on how awesome facebook is; They just use it.

Facebook is the Iphone of social networking, there are other viable options but people will not switch from what they know and are comfortable with. Google has a lot of fan boys and that's what is keeping them afloat, but soon the excitement will die down and it'll fail just like Buzz did.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

I agree with everything you said until the, fail part. Now that there is an alternative people will flock to it. Not every on likes to have just one choice. Google+ may never overtake Facebook. But it will keep gaining popularity, and will probably sit right next to Facebook in the end.

Google finally did it correct after trying many times. They know what they have to do compete with Facebook.

Maybe partially because of the strong ad campaign on Digg?
Every day for weeks there has been at least one post on the front page.
How has this happened without help on several fronts?Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Yeah, it seems so but i really don't think that Google+ can't compete more longer with the largest social networking site known as Facebook as number of people uses their profile for business purposes and that's the most highlighted feature is missing! however, Google+ is still in under active development and also it's expected that pages will be added soon so you can expand your work activities as well. So, we will see what Google has prepared for us in future.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.
