Yeah, it's s**tty quality but it's all done on consumer grade hardware.
Doing more with less is always good.

The display is non consumer. Very custom. The image data is produced from the consumer peripheral.
I think we're all in agreement that the Kinect clearly came in on a delorean. Then didn't look back when an asteroid erased the evidence.

so easy to dis the technology in its infancy... give it 2 years and it will be way better. People knocked movies with sound when it was first introduced as well.

you still have to admit it is pretty impressive, it's not that stupid. After all, it's a hologram, and if this idea sparks, it could resolve in a new revolution of TV. No glasses needed for 3D, and as they said, you can see behind the figure if you turn you head

Its in its beginning stages but just like 3D Monitors it looks like s**t
