I'm tempted to print it out and fold up just to see what it looks like.
In vim you can use ' :help quickref ' to get a listing of the commands. You could also use :split then :help quickref to get the command listing in a separate pane.
vi/vim is great. check out some of the plugins and code recognition scripts. in gentoo many of them are installed by default.this is one of the most clean references i've seen online - similar to ones in books.
