It's funny that Microsoft is using the laws that were written specifically to take them down to now go after other companies.

There is an OLD English expression. The pot calling the kettle black. Essentially it means one is just as bad as the other.

Still this is in the legal (political) realm and not the technical. The companies don't matter. The pattern is the same regardless of which company is suing which. It's not as if this hasn't happened before and it's not like it won't happen again. Lawsuits of this nature aren't limited to so called tech companies.
