Gibson may suck and all, but this time he's talking about someone else's product and he got it right. Just read through damn website before labeling it.
absolutley incredible software, now i got a question, anyone know of some decent gnutella2 server software? would be fun to make a personal p2p network with some friends
This feature should be included in all future Bit Torrent and other P2P sharing services. P2P traffic could not be traced back to the user's machine because the 5. address does not really exist. This VPN software needs to be embeded within P2P clients.
For the past few months I've been paying out of pocket for the Gotomypc service. It was the only thing I could find at the time that would allow me to telecommute through a pair of corporate firewalls. I gave up on the Corporate VPN as a setup nightmare. After listening to Steve's podcast I thought I'd give it a try and was disappointed when the 0.9 version (with tightVNC and radmin) didn't work. Yesterday I saw a comment in the forums that there was a 1.0 version that worked for someone that was having problems. I gave it another go with UltraVNC and it worked! That's 15 bucks a month back in my pocket. Thanks Hamachi! Digg it!

Ooo, I finally found an easy way to connect to my home network while I'm at college. No external HDD for me!
