install the software that came with your pearl on your computer. with the blackberry desktop manager its as easy as hooking up your phone, and dragging mp3 files to the ringtone directory.if that software doesnt work for mac try enabling your phone as a mass storage device ( i think this requires an sd card) by going to options>advanced>media card. then navigate to the ringtones folder on your computer and drag and drop from there.
