It is simply a matter or rights and someone wanting to take away someone elses rights and replace it with their own moral judgement. A woman risks death in pregnancy and childbirth and whether it is a person or a fetus they have a right to decide whether to take that risk or not without moral interference from anyone else. If it were a person at conception then they have a right of self-defense.
