Define "computer". Once you do that, you can include Scenix microcontrollers (running up to 100MHz), you can include the one in this article (55 MHz, 8MB RAM), you could even include the common PIC microcontroller (20MHz, a few bytes of ram, a few kb of code).Most people's common definition of a "computer" include something that can run a modern GUI, etc, and so would normally not consider this to be a traditional computer.
