I love it - another example of paying it forward! :)

Not really paying it forward if the person or couple who paid for dinner had their dinner paid for once upon a time.

I take it you didn't see the movie.

When I have a job that pays well, I try to do this a couple of times a month. Sadly, it's been a while since I can do this.

That is downright honorable, and gives me back a little faith in humanity

Goodness reigns....

It feels good to see that there still people like this out there.
afRetOneFeb 8, 2012
I read the news and wonder what the hell is wrong with people on this planet, then I see someone do this and get a little hope there are a few good ones left out there.

It makes me so happy when people do little things like that. Such a larger return for a small investment.
The other day someone in front of us at the Narrows Bridge paid our toll. It only saved us $4.00, but the joy we found in knowing that simple human kindness still exists, was worth so much more! That guy made our day for the cost of a foo-foo coffee.
I almost can't wait to cross that bridge again just to pay it forward!

Pay it forward!

It feels great for the giver. I've done this most recently for a guy obviously shopping for the cheapest meal on the menu. I paid for my meal and anonymously for his.

I became such a pansy the moment I became a parent, so maybe that's why this actually almost brought a tear to my face.

Reminds me of a country song, "Chain of Love". Especially this part, which I think went like this: "You don't owe me a thing, I've been there too. Someone once helped me like I am to you. If you want to pay me back, here's what you do: Don't let the chain of love end with you."
WomenlovetechFeb 9, 2012
wow this is fantastic! Good to know there is still good people out there!

What a lovely surprise that must have been!
healthjunkie1Feb 9, 2012
I bet it feels so good having to receive a free dinner like this! It's like a compliment but this little wonders should be payed forward to other people as well! This made my day!
thetimchannelFeb 9, 2012
Please leave your babies home when you go out to eat at a restaurant. This example is hardly the norm, no matter how much 'feel good' it offers.
markwikFeb 9, 2012

Someone posted this on reddit weeks ago. Why post someone else's image as your own?
