knew about this but I didn't know that each time I minimized it would cut the memory down, so when firefox gets really cpu intensive just minimize the window and boom it should reduce the cpu usage (although it'll grow back but just keep repeating the minimize process).
I just tried this, but it doesn't seem to work. Firefox usually uses about 700 MB of RAM when I browse Digg. So I tried this and after two hours of Digging, it's at 703 MB. There's really no change whatsoever after doing this.
