""OH HOLY CRAP I CAN INVERT COLORS ON A SCREEN THIS CLEARLY MAKES MY OS SUPERIOR""what an idiot NO ONE said or even mentioned superiority it's just a useless (well for me at-least) feature and your on über defensive mode, I think someone is indeed jealous.. funny how I use to be content with windows a few months ago.... *hint* *hint*
Sirsleepsalot: I don't agree with what you said about the Apple store employees being knowledgeable. With the exception of some of the genius techs and the people that deal with the pro-level demo's, most of the sales people are retarded when it comes to anything technical. They know how to say, "Oh you can load your pictures here and make a slideshow!" and other simple tasks for the grandparents that show up at the Apple store.
you can actually invert (flip) the screen in tiger. open system preferences and hold option while you click on the displays icon. there will be an option then to rotate the screen 90, 180, or 270 degrees.
Um, yeah, not impressive. No user-definable color schemes, which Windows has had for what, 16 years? So you either have to read black text off a glaring white background all day, or "invert" the UI (which actually makes it non-inverse in computer terms) which stupidly also inverts images. What exactly is impressive about this?
Thanks for making this soo well known. I work in a tech services group and was trying to trouble shoot over the phone and waisted over an hour trying to figure out how to fix this at a kiosk that some kids pranked.
