I just took a look at the CoverFlow website (it wouldn't load for a while). Check it out:<a class="user" href="http://www.steelskies.com/coverflow/">http://www.steelskies.com/coverflow/</a>"We are pleased to announce that all CoverFlow technology and intellectual property was recently sold to Apple. It has been incorporated into the latest version of iTunes."I just downloaded the app last night. Hehe.
i love the cover flow integrated with itunes but where does apple get the album art from because i have albums that are named properly yet they have no album covers.
So, is anyone else having issues like garbled sound, audio channels randomly dieing out and memory leaks? If so, drop me a line at poserofalltrades ATZ gmail DOTZ com so I can file a proper bug report. None of this happened, EVER before 7 and most of it is reproduceable (and fixable if you pause/play, but it's annoying when you have to do it every 5~30 seconds)Aside from the fact that Apple is using a FINAL VERSION product as their public beta testing phase (the bugs tell me this is so) iTunes 7 is pretty nice. 10/10 for new features and interface, 1/10 for usability and stability. Please contact me if you experience the same, thanks.
I'm also having this problem over RDP (XP) i get an unknown error and it won't load - if I open it on my box at the console and then remote in I have access. But, it won't display the cover flow over rdp - but i guess that makes sense...some display adapter issues...overall a pretty disappointing 'upgrade'....would love a workaround for this rdp issue - what if itunes closes - i can't open it remotely!? grrrrrreat

Windows Media Player 11 is a better player on Windows, and I don't even really like it. But this piece of crap bloated software called iTunes 7 is junk. I loaded my 100 or so albums into iTunes, and what a slow piece of crap it is. foobar2000 with plugins = fast, organized, and the best tweaking and sound optionsI guess it's nice that it's free, but I don't understand how anyone can think that iTunes is a good piece of software, and then criticise microsoft for anything! It must run a hell of a lot better on a Mac, because this piece of crap on Windows, is just that... a piece of crap.<a class="user" href="http://www.jrmediacenter.com/features.html">http://www.jrmediacenter.com/features.html</a><a class="user" href="http://www.mediamonkey.com/">http://www.mediamonkey.com/</a><a class="user" href="http://www.winamp.com/">http://www.winamp.com/</a><a class="user" href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx">http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx</a>All better media players than iTunes for windows.

Some of the issues that I had when I installed iTunes 7 dissapeared when I updated my AC97 audio drivers, from ones that weren't quite 3 years old.Oh and Multi-plugin makes the experience more enjoyable too. <a class="user" href="http://digg.com/apple/iTunes_Multi_Plugin_2_4_for_iTunes_7">http://digg.com/apple/iTunes_Multi_Plugin_2_4_for_iTunes_7</a>

Thanx dude - you're a star!

OK, this was incorrect. It does not solve the long-enduring issue.
