Yeah, I have that problem, too. I was wondering if it was just me. Video playback and coverflow on the second monitor seem to be worse too. This version seems to be better for the coverflow, but not perfect. Why it would only have performance issues on the second monitor is beyond me. Good to hear others are having the same issue.
Meh, it still hangs when I close it and comes up with the "Itunes has encountered an error and must shutdown blah blah. Click here to send error report or close." It crashes when I exit the program...But the playback is much better. However it takes up WAY too many resources. 136k are you kidding? They should make a lite version or something.
trkinsley, wow, thank you sooooo much for posting that fix. I was having the same problem and was getting PISSED! uninstalled spycatcher and it went perfectly...now I have to reinstall it...grrr...
Yes they fixed the surround sound from 7.0.0 to 7.01 however, after the recent update to 7.0.2 my surround sound doesn't work again. I hope they come out with a 7.0.3 soon, or I'm downgrading to 7.0.1

Get a new computer, coverflow was not meant for g3.Possibly your g card doesnt support core-image.

my friends computer wouldnt import cds through itunes 7 until we upgraded it to 7.01. weak

Don't download this, it gave me a blue screen when I closed the software... and is still very unstable.
