Pity they only show the front of this case. Plus the website looks so cheaply done for a case selling at $75 a pop!If they really wanna market this case they need do some heavy duty work on that site first! Plus the craftmanship on the bullet proof case looks way better.
Might be good if you were serving in Iraq. But in that case I'd like to see silicone dust flaps over the headphone/power connectors, and have the inside of the thing lined with snug neoprene or whatever. Some people just like to toss their stuff around and not worry about it, they don't care about looks or weight. I cant see how well the screen is protected, but it looks like you could throw this across the room and it wouldn't be damaged.
I actually have a creative nomad zen xtra and it is very much like the case advertised. It has a thick metal shell that is quite durable. I've dropped it on accident a couple of times and all it did was dent the case a bit. Not to mention it doesn't get scratches. I prefer it to a high maintenance ipod that requires you to buy a case any day.
I just hate how horribly unprofessional the website is, nevermind how impractical the product is. That's something you would come up with as a bit of a joke, not something you'd put on the market.Besides that, am I the only one noticing the rough looks of the showcased ones? They don't look carefully machined at all.
this case would be nice for some ppl who work construction and dont want thereipod crushed while bumping into stuff, lying on the ground, crawling though attics/ craw spacesu know its nice to listen to music while u work
