engadget.com— A humorous tribute to the fallen members of the iPod family. It begins with the original 5GB iPod and ends with the latest death, the iPod mini.

@introversionThey always give you either the same thing or whatever is lowest available what you have if yours is below current standard, so congratulations, you're getting a brand new 60 gig iPod...I had an entry level iBook G3 800 that they replaced with an entry level iBook G4 a few months ago since the G3 is no longer available (huge improvement, love the new iBook even more)
I'd like more color options than the white (and now black) but I personally disliked the mini's mostly because of their gaudy colors. The palette made the things look less like an actual Apple product, and more like a cut-rate knockoff. If I were an Oompa Loompa, I'd be all over the nano, but in the real world I'd prefer a device big enough for my dog NOT to eat.

only reason anyone would really want an ipod is for a fashion statement or to brag about how much they payed... too bad all ipods arent 6 ft under

I was sad to see my 20GB iPod in the cemetery. I just got it. It will always be alive to me.
