thekip.com — Document Management Tool for Mac OS X using tagging, similar to iPhoto. It is excellent document organizer, with integrated scanning, tagging and thumbnail zoom. Every computer has loads of PDF files, probably scattered all over your hard disk. Use kip to search, view and manage all these documents in one convenient place.

eh! try Quicksilver ( quicksilver.blacktree.com/ ), it does so much more and it stays out of the way. For a nice intro download "Macbreak 12: Quicksilver" from iTMS.

I second WP docs support. I want to be able to organise all my existing docs, without needed to mae them all PDF when I do. iWork and MS Office support would make this a real contender.

@shokk I'm sure many people will disagree about the "no need for tags" bit. Spotlight also searches inside PDFs but tags are useful for narrowing stuff down. Or, say, if you want to add tags such as "todo" or "e-mail to x" or "project y", that way you don't forget what files you need for a certain task, and it's easier to find if the files are completely unrelated except for those tags. I mean, yeah, it's possible to go without them... but so much more useful with them!

Damn I hope they're not incorporating this in my browser's history! I wouldn't want a huge 'blowjob' displaying each time I look for something...
