I think at this point with Android hot on their tail Apple should start being more lenient with their app approval. So many good apps get rejected, those developers will start moving to Android if something is not done.. Step it up Apple!
qik has been able to do live streaming from the iPhone on AT&T for quite a while. It's just that the iPhone had to be jailbroken first, proving that this was a financial/licensing/pay-us-money issue -- not a real technical issue.
