I wonder if it will be just like Jobs said in his first iPhone keynote. Something about how other phones are stuck with plastic keyboards and about how the iPhone can be updated and changed and adapted and upgraded. Like say, the firmware update gives it a landscape keyboard, MMS options, etc.?
Most of these bugs seem minor to me. What about?#69. You cannot delete all items in the trash can in email (as you can in Voicemail, called ?Clear ALL?). You have to delete one at a time in email to empty the trash can and free up space. #70. The STOCKS and WEATHER apps do not allow you to change the order of the stocks or cities you have listed (in the ?I? mode). You should be able to add stocks anytime, then put them in alphabetic or whatever order you prefer. As it is, you have to delete all above, then re-enter (and remember) all to get them in the order you desire.#71. Using the keyboard in the symbols mode doesn?t allow you to see what a ?shift? character for a number would be. For example, I have several passwords that contain ?007&? because they require a special character, so I use ?007? + [?SHIFT? + ?7?] (easy to remember). I don?t remember what is above the ?7? key, and on the iPhone keyboard, you would have to remember that the ?&? is above the ?7? key.#72. I cannot connect to several WiFi areas and it causes the iPhone to think it is internet/email connected when it is not. For example, go to a WiFi hot spot that requires you to ACCEPT their terms and conditions from their home page (in hotels this is common). For some reason, Safari will often not allow you to press the ACCEPT button (which is a different bug), yet, because you are able to reach a WiFi start page, the iPhone will indicate WiFi active instead of switching to EDGE. The workaround is to switch off WiFi in SETTINGS, but not until you have wasted time (not) loading pages or checking emails. The iPhone should be able to detect that WiFi is not actually working instead it is stuck on an ACCEPT terms page in Safari while you are attempting to send or check email. #73. iPod: Cannot view Cover Flow in VIDEO mode, you should be able to turn iPhone sideways for Cover Flow view in Video like you can in iTunes and iPhone audio views. This is especially annoying given that you have to turn the iPhone sideways to view a video anyway.
