f**k the digg comment section. f**k it in its motherf**king ass. I corrected that comment, it didn't take, and now my ego is going to be crushed by a million negative diggs.
A story is written in a real journalistic style, at a real news source, about something that, while it might seem ridiculous, isn't any more ridiculous than, say... "Bush voted in for second term"I agree this was a terrible attempt at satire. The fact that the retraction is printed in this snarky, sarcastic style doesn't help either. Communication is the responsibility of both the sender and receiver of a message: If your message is widely misinterpreted by a large number of people... you need to take some responsibility for not communicating your message clearly enough.
