The same "test" was done on the release day just outside the apple store 1 minute after he bought it. It's a shame Eric Butterfield didn't know that and went and scratched his. :

What's a bigger shame is that this story came out the weekend of the launch, was dugg and dugg and dugg. Too many diggs for duplicate stories. Too many duplicate stories, period.
